La Uefa ha deciso di approvare le 5 sostituzioni a partita in tutte le competizioni europee per la Stagione 2020/21. Dopo che a causa della pandemia di Covid-19 i vari campionati hanno approvato i 5 cambi a partita, anche la Uefa ha scelto questa soluzione per le sue competizioni in questa stagione. L’unico campionato ad avere ancora le 3 sostituzioni “classiche” Ăš la Premier League.
